Flight

I’m drawn to the body in motion—its grace, its strain, the quiet force it exerts in pursuit of balance. These new paintings follow that line between control and collapse, where poise meets effort, and beauty is born in the struggle to hold form.

I paint the tension between two figures, the fleeting weight shared in a lift, the arc of motion just before it breaks. This is not about performance, but presence. About rhythm, discipline, and the unspoken language that passes between bodies.

Here, movement becomes memory—captured mid-turn, held for just a breath longer.
